I've been over 8 years in computer software industry. I have been working in agile projects for more than 4 years in different roles including developer, team lead and scrum master. I really believe that Agile is one of the most appropriate approaches to software development. I'm not only using agile way of doing and thinking for my job but try apply it to my life as well. But I really believe that great teamwork is much more essential and people are more important than any processes. I like to work with people and be a member of a team, not only leader.
